Cynthia Guzman assists our clients with strategic planning efforts, and specializes in economic development, workforce development, and stakeholder engagement. Her work includes authoring economic development plans for Community Development Commission of the County of Los Angeles and the City of Pasadena. Currently she is leading a project to promote a bioscience cluster in the Eastside of Los Angeles. Recent work includes engaging and developing recommendations for the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) on a workforce inclusion program for disadvantaged Californians in the energy efficiency sector. Ms. Guzman received both her Masters of Urban & Regional Planning and her Bachelor’s degree in English from UCLA. She is also a 2014-2015 Workforce Development Fellow with the Women’s Foundation of California.
